Claudienne Renee Hibbert-Smith is a real estate entrepreneur and realtor who knows what she wants in life and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve those goals for herself. After years of living by someone else’s rules and stereotypes, she decided to hop back into the driver’s seat and excel despite what others may have thought of her.
Her story begins in Miami, Florida where she is struggling to find her way in and out of numerous tough situations that nearly get the best of her.
“I attended Carol City Elementary where I exhibited the skills of a high achieving student. However, I always had constant problems in school, which was an unusual combination. I was suspended more than 20 times by the end of elementary school. During my 9th grade year, I got pregnant and gave birth to Amari Bryant, at the tender age of 14. I attended a total of 3 high schools where I graduated from Miami Carol City Senior High School. The stigma of ruining my life was completely thrown upon my shoulders,” Claudienne recounts.
However, this was not going to be her story. She knew she had the capability and the brains to achieve great things. Even with the surmounting pressure on her shoulders, Claudienne worked and studied harder than anyone else around her. She graduated at the top of her class in high school and landed her first job almost immediately out of college (University of Florida) as she showed signs of talent and ability in the real estate industry.
“Shortly after landing my first job out of college, I transitioned into a real estate professional and partnered with The Keyes Company. I quickly moved up the charts with my sales volume and as a result, created the Hibbert Group Real Estate Partners,” Claudienne remarks.
After 2 decades of practicing real estate with the Keyes Company, Claudienne was on her way to retirement however, an opportunity presented itself. She remembers getting a call from Grant Cardone’s camp, requesting her to be on a real estate bootcamp show with over 20 million viewers.
EXP Realty approached Claudienne Hibbert one more time and just like that, she made a decision to get energized and fired up all over again! Claudienne took a risk of the high road and it has been one of her best decisions. With the new partnership, she has been able to scale her business in multiple states and some countries. She realized the multiple streams of income EXP Realty had to offer and knew right away that this would change the narrative for so many realtors. You see 97% of realtors fail in the first 0-3 years. Claudienne is setting new standards and creating change!
